Why WHIP Women Began
Founders's Massage
Dear Women,
W
hen I started thinking about WHIP WOMEN, I did not begin with products. I began with omen.
I began by thinking about the women I have seen around me—the daughters with dreams, the women building careers, the homemakers holding families together, the mothers caring for everyone around them, and the women who quietly continue fulfilling their responsibilities even when their own health needs attention.
And somewhere in that thought, I found the reason for WHIP WOMEN.
My academic journey through UPSC studies and law gave me an opportunity to understand our society from many different perspectives. But beyond books and academics, it made me observe something very simple: a woman can play countless roles in one lifetime, yet somewhere between all those roles, she can forget to give the same attention to herself that she gives to everyone else.
As a woman myself, this thought stayed with me.
A woman’s health journey is deeply personal. It changes as she changes. Her concerns as a young woman may not be the same as those she experiences while planning a family, becoming a mother, returning to work, entering midlife or growing older.
Yet through every stage, one thing should remain constant:
Her Health Should Matter
That belief became my starting point.
I wanted to build something that did not look at women’s healthcare as just another category of business. I wanted to build a company where the woman herself remains at the centre of the thought.
That is how WHIP WOMEN began.
For me, “Health is Wealth” is more than a familiar saying. When a woman is healthy and supported, she is better able to pursue her dreams, care for the people she loves, build her career, raise her family, make her own choices and participate fully in the world around her.
This is also why my vision for WHIP WOMEN goes beyond medicines.
Yes, we are building a women-focused pharmaceutical company. We want to develop meaningful products for different healthcare needs and different stages of a woman’s life.
But I also want WHIP WOMEN to create opportunity.
I think about the woman who once had a career but stepped away because her family needed her. I think about the homemaker who still has talent, knowledge and ambition but needs an opportunity that understands her circumstances. I think about the fresher who is repeatedly told, “You need experience,” while quietly wondering, “How will I ever gain experience if nobody gives me my first opportunity?”
I want WHIP WOMEN to have space for them too.
Because sometimes people do not need sympathy.
They need an opportunity.
And sometimes a woman does not need someone to decide her future for her.
She simply needs someone to believe that she can build it.
That is the spirit behind WHIP WOMEN.
The word WHIP, for me, represents direction, momentum and the courage to move forward. But our idea of leadership is not about leading women or speaking for them. It is about standing beside them—supporting their health, their growth and their journey.
When WHIP WOMEN was formally incorporated on 14 August 2025, it was much more than the registration of a company for me.
It was the beginning of turning a deeply personal belief into something real.
Today, we are taking our first steps. We are building our pharmaceutical portfolio, creating opportunities, learning, growing and working towards greater awareness around women’s health.
We have a long journey ahead of us, and I know that meaningful organizations are not built overnight.
But I also know exactly why we started.
I want every woman who comes across WHIP WOMEN—whether as a patient, professional, employee, healthcare partner, homemaker, mother, daughter or simply as herself—to understand one thing:
You matter,,
Your dreams matter
Your opportunities matter,,
And your health matters.
That is the promise with which I began WHIP WOMEN, and it is the purpose I want us to carry forward as we grow.
With a woman.
With an understanding of women.
And with a commitment to women’s health.
With warmth and purpose,
